转基因落叶松林地土壤微生物类群的生态分布特征

摘  要:[目的]分析转基因落叶松植株对土壤微生物的影响。[方法]采用稀释平板法研究了转基因落叶松幼龄林土壤微生物数量及其类群分布特征。[结果]转基因落叶松幼龄林土壤微生物数量具有明显的季节变化特征,以夏季最多,秋季次之,春季最少;在夏季达到最大值620.40×106cfu/g干土,最小值出现在春季,为146.27×106cfu/g干土。转基因落叶松幼龄林土壤微生物组成为细菌数量最多,占99%以上,放线菌数量次之,占0.070%;真菌数量最少,占0.049%。土壤微生物主要集中在0-20 cm的土层,随着土层的加深,微生物数量迅速减少,在深度为0-60 cm的土层中,同一类群的微生物数量变动范围较大,细菌为26.30×107-62.00×107cfu/g干土,放线菌为0.50×104-11.00×104cfu/g干土,真菌为1.00×104-29.00×104cfu/g干土。[结论]落叶松人工林地植被组成和土壤微生物的类群结构均十分复杂,生物种类多样,生态效益良好。[Objective] Effects of transgenic Larch woodland on soil microbes were studied. [Method] The amount and distribution of soil bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes were investigated to find out the ecological distribution patterns of soil microbes under transgenic Larch woodland. [Result] The results showed that soil microbial population under transgenic Larch woodland varied with seasons,being the maximum in summer,fewer in autumn,and the minimum in spring. The numbers were decreased in order of bacteria actinomycetes fungi,which were mainly concentrated in 0- 20 cm soil layer,and rapidly decreased with increasing soil depth. In 0- 60 cm soil layer,the numbers of aerobic bacteria were 26. 30 × 107- 62. 00 × 107 cfu / g,actinomycetes were 0. 50 × 104- 11. 00 × 104 cfu / g,and fungi were 1. 00 × 104- 29. 00 × 104 cfu / g. [Conclusion] The structure of vegetation composition and soil microbial groups in Larch forest is complex,which has biological variety and good ecological benefits.
