摘 要:[目的]研究不同基质处理和不同浓度生根粉处理对竹柳和北沙柳扦插繁殖的影响。[方法]该研究以竹柳和北沙柳为试验材料,对2种柳树的出芽数、最长枝条长度、叶片数、根条数和最长根长度5项形态指标进行测量。[结果]河沙是最适合竹柳和北沙柳扦插繁殖的基质,园土次之,混合基质(园土∶草炭=1∶1)最差;不同浓度生根粉处理对竹柳和北沙柳扦插繁殖无明显影响。[结论]筛选出2种柳树的最适扦插繁殖基质和最适生根粉浓度。[Objective]The impact of different substrate and GGR with different concentration on cutting propagation of Salix maizhokung garensis and S. psammophila were studied. [Method]Five morphological indexes such as the number of induced buds,the length of the longest branch,the number of leaves,the number of roots and the length of the longest root were measured. [Result]The results showed that river sand was the optimum substrate for cutting propagation of S. maizhokung garensis and S. psammophila; GGR with different concentration had no obvious effect on cutting propagation of S. maizhokung garensis and S. psammophila. [Conclusion]The best substrate and GGR with different concentration on cutting propagation of S. maizhokung garensis and S. psammophila were selected.
