黑龙江省作物秸秆综合利用现状、存在问题与发展建议

摘　　要：黑龙江作为我国农业大省,作物秸秆资源丰富,但其利用方式尚处于初级阶段,利用率低、资源浪费严重,并形成新的农业面源污染。在介绍黑龙江省秸秆资源现状的基础上,分析了存在的问题,并提出相应的发展建议。同时,总结了"十一五"以来,黑龙江省在秸秆综合利用研究方面的成绩。Heilongjiang as a big agricultural province in China,crop straw resource is abundant,but the utilization way is still in the primary stage,utilization rate is low,resource waste is serious,and agricultural non-point source pollution is formed. Based on the introduction to the current situation of straw resources in Heilongjiang Province,the existing problems were analyzed,and development suggestions were put forward. At the same time,since the 11thfive-year plan,the research results of comprehensive utilization in straw in Heilongjiang Province were summarized.
