摘　　要：以西北农林科技大学园艺学院教学实验中心的实验室管理为例,探讨了高校实验室常规实验和创新实验的特点,阐述了应对这两类性质不同的实验所应持有的管理理念和方法,以及如何使两者和谐相处,并讨论实验室管理人员适应新形势所需做出的努力,旨在对高校实验管理探索提供借鉴。Taking the horticultural laboratory of Northwest A F University as an example,the characteristics of the college routine laboratory and innovative experiments were discussed,the management concepts and methods for dealing with these two types of experiments which should be held and the problem of how to make both harmonious were elaborated,finally the experimental managers make effort to adapt to the new situation were proposed. The aim is to provide reference for exploration of college laboratory management.
