中草药口服和外洗在治疗慢性毛囊炎中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中草药口服和外洗在治疗慢性毛囊炎中的疗效。方法选取60例患有慢性毛囊炎的患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。两组患者均给予药物治疗,治疗组给予中草药口服和外洗,中药外洗10-15 min/次,1次/d。经过两个疗程共20 d的治疗,观察治疗前后皮损及伴随症状改善情况。结果治疗组的治愈率、总有效率明显高于对照组。结论中草药口服和外洗治疗慢性毛囊炎的临床效果明显优于单纯的药物治疗,是一种简便、价廉、易于实施的治疗方法。Objective To observe the curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine oral taking and washout in the treatment of chronic folliculitis. Methods 60 sufferers with chronic folliculitis were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given drug therapy while the treatment group were also given Chinese herbal medicine oral taking and washout for 15 -20 minutes once a day.Afrer two treatment courses of 20 days,skin lesion and improvement of simultaneous phenomenon before and after treatment were observed.Results The cure rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group were obviously higher than those of the control group. Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine oral taking and washout in the treatment of chronic folliculitis has clearly better clinical effects than simple drug therapy,which is convenient,cheap,and easily implemented.
