摘  要:某电厂600 MW机组存在夏季真空低、真空泵易发生汽蚀等问题,实施了真空泵工作液外加强制冷却装置的技术改造。改造后可保证工作液温度达到设计值,夏季负荷为596MW工况下机组真空提高了约0.67 k Pa,煤耗率下降约1.9 g/k Wh,经济效益显著。One 600 MW unit in a power plant, vacuum was low and vacuum pump prone to cavitation in summer, technology transformation was conducted that a forced cooling device for working liquid of vacuum pump was applied. The transformation, could ensure the working fluid temperature to meet the designed value, in summer, unit vacuum had increased about 0.67 kPa when unit load was 596 MW, the coal consumption rate fell by about 1.9 g/kWh, economic benefit was significant.
