摘  要:介绍了汽轮机上、下缸温差大故障的常见现象、原因及其危害;结合实际案例,对机组冷态启动送轴封供汽阶段、冲车阶段发生的汽轮机上、下缸温差大故障现象及原因分别进行了分析说明,认为轴封系统设计不合理、疏水管道安装工艺不符合要求、下缸缸温测点位置设计不合适等,是造成启动过程中汽轮机上、下缸温差超标的主要原因。并给出了相应的处理措施,实施效果良好。Introduced the fault common phenomenon, reasons and hazards of steam turbine cylinder large temperature difference. Combined with the actual cases, the large temperature difference fault phenomena and reason were analyzed respectively in the unit cold starting process while the gland steam was send or the unit started up. Thought that the shaft seal systems was unreasonable designed, hydrophobic pipeline installation technology did not meet the requirements, the lower cylinder temperature measuring point design was not appropriate and so on, were the main causing reasons of the cylinder temperature difference exceed the standard. And gave the corresponding treatment measures, the effect of implementation was good.
