摘　　要：某电厂机组正常运行期间,DCS主DPU网络故障后备用DPU自动切换失败,造成操作员站参数一直显示为粉点而导致操作失控,因锅炉汽包水位降至低Ⅲ值引发锅炉MFT和锅炉大联锁保护动作,给煤机和所有风机全停,机组降负荷。根据事件发生过程进行了分时段故障排查,分析了故障原因,并提出DPU网络故障预防措施及建议。During normal operation of a power plant unit, backup DPU failed with automatic switching while the main DPU network fault in DCS, caused the operator station parameters shown pink point which led to operating out of control, resulted in boiler MFT and Interlocking protection action because the drum water level got to the low value Ⅲ, all the coal feeders and fans stopped, unit load reduced also. Carried out troubleshooting to the time periods, analyzed the fault reasons, put forward the DPU network fault prevention measures and suggestions.
