摘  要:为阐明五价钒胁迫对胭脂红景天(Sedum spurium cv.Coccineum)的生长及养分吸收的影响,为钒污染土壤生态修复提供理论依据,采用水培实验,在改良的霍格兰营养液中以偏钒酸钠的形式添加不同浓度的V5+(浓度分别为0、2.5、5.0、12.5、25.0和50.0 mg·L-1),研究重金属钒对胭脂红景天生长、生理特性、以及植株各部分中钒和营养元素积累量的影响。结果表明,经过2个月的培养后,五价钒对胭脂红景天的株高、根长和根、茎、叶的鲜重均有显著的抑制作用。随着营养液中钒浓度的增加,胭脂红景天叶片中叶绿素a和叶绿素b的含量呈现出先上升后下降的趋势;而胭脂红景天根、茎、叶中钒含量则呈上升趋势,且地下部分的生物富集系数明显高于地上部分。随着植株根、茎、叶中钒含量的升高,其他营养元素的吸收均受到不同程度的影响。In order to elucidate the effects of V5 +toxicities on the growth and the nutrients absorption of Sedum spurium cv. Coccineum and provide a theoretic foundation for ecological remediation of V-contaminated soil,the hydroponic culture experiments were conducted. The improved Hoagland nutrient solutions were treated by adding Na VO3 with the V5 +concentrations of 0,2. 5,5. 0,12. 5,25. 0 and 50. 0 mg·L-1,respectively. The results showed that V5 +had an inhibition on the stem length,root length and the fresh mass of roots,shoots and leaves of the tested plants after a cultivation of 2 months. With the increase of V5 +concentration,the chlorophyll( a + b) contents firstly increased,and then decreased gradually. The levels of V in root,shoot and leaf raised with the adding V5 +concentration in the solution,the biological absorption coefficient( BAC) of roots was always higher than that of aerial parts,and the contents of V in the plants had some effects on the uptake of other nutrients.
