摘  要:针对川西低压气藏低孔、低渗、强水敏和水锁的特征,通过室内实验评价,形成了一套适合于川西低压低渗气藏的N2泡沫压裂液配方体系。现场应用试验表明,优选的N2泡沫压裂液体系性能良好,与同区块采用常规压裂液施工对比,能有效降低压裂液的滤失和提高压后压裂液残液的返排率,从而降低压裂液对储层的伤害。可见研究形成的N2泡沫压裂液配方体系对川西浅层低压低渗气藏具有较强的适应性,具有较好的推广应用前景。Low-pressure gas reservoirs in western Sichuan Basin are characterized by low porosity, low permeability, strong water sensitivity, and water lock. So, a formula of N2 foam fracturing fluid was developed through experimental evaluation. Its application shows that for this optimized fracturing fluid, its performance is good; and when comparing with other conventional fracturing fluids used at the same block, it can effectively reduce the leak-off and enhance the flowback of residual fluid after fracturing, thus reduce reservoir damage caused by fracturing fluid. It is evident that the fracturing fluid is worth popularizing because of strong adaptability to the shallow, low-pressure and low-permeability gas reservoirs in western Sichuan Basin.
