摘 要:通过对超前深孔顶板爆破防冲机理及影响因素进行分析,以典型的冲击危险矿井为背景,在对顶板强度及爆破参数现场实测的基础上,模拟分析不同爆破参数(爆孔夹角、装药段长度)下的超前深孔顶板爆破效果,并采用多种监测手段对其现场防冲效果进行检验。研究发现,在爆孔深度一定的前提下,相同的爆孔角度,随着装药量的增加,超前深孔顶板爆破的影响范围也随之增大,巷帮煤体内的高应力区范围及峰值应力梯度下降越明显。在相同装药量前提下,通过调整爆破角度下,可使巷帮的高应力向深部转移甚至消失,对深部煤炭的安全开采具有重要的意义。Based on analyzing the mechanism and influencing factors of advanced deep hole blasting,the prevention effect of advanced deep hole blasting was studied by using ADINA numerical simulation software at different blasting parameters such as the angle of blasting hole and the length of charge section,the model of simulation based on the typical rock burst mine and the strength of roof and blasting parameters from field measurement. Many kinds of monitoring methods were used to test the prevention results. It's found that under certain depth of blasting hole,the influence of blasting area increases with the length of charge section at the same blasting hole angle,the area of high stress and the downward gradient of peak stress around roadway decrease obviously. According to change of the blasting hole angle at the same charge weight,the high stress area nearby the roadway transfers to deeper place or even disappear,the danger of rock burst is eliminated,this technology is of great significance for the deep coal safe mining.
