摘　　要：为了提高岩巷钻爆法掘进速度,根据现场调查状况,在采取头脑风暴法征求专家意见的基础上,设计了《岩巷钻爆法掘进速度影响因素调查表》,该表有6个一级指标和30个二级指标,进行了问卷调查,对调查结果运用SPSS软件进行了因子分析,提炼出影响岩巷钻爆法掘进速度的5个公共因子:精益管理因子、组织专业能力因子、设备管理因子、岩层条件因子、水文瓦斯因子。根据这5个公共因子,为加快岩巷钻爆法掘进速度提出了5个方面的建议:(1)导入精益管理,建设高效班组;(2)优化组织结构,提高专业能力;(3)科学配置设备,提升维护水平;(4)超前地质勘探,制定应对措施;(5)加强监测监控,保障掘进安全。In order to increase the speed of rock drivage by drilling and blasting,based on field survey and brainstorming method,the questionnaire of factors influencing the speed of rock drivage by drilling and blasting was designed. The questionnaire surveys are carried out with 6 first grade indicators and 30 second grade indicators in the questionnaire. The factor analysis is conducted using SPSS. Five common factors influencing the speed of rock drivage by drilling and blasting are extracted and purified according to the questionnaire. The factors of influence include lean management,professional competence of organization,equipment management,rock stratum condition and hydrology and gas. On the basis of these common factors,five suggestions for improving the speed of rock drivage by drilling and blasting are proposed. These suggestions are as follows：（1） introduction of lean management and organization of efficient team;（2） optimization of organization and improvement of professional capacity;（3） scientific configuration of equipment and enhancement of the maintenance level;（4） geological exploration in advance and formation responding measure;（5） strengthening the monitoring and ensuring the safety of tunneling.
