摘  要:轨道交通进度控制是施工单位、业主以及政府主管部门面临的主要问题之一。关键链项目管理通过优化作业持续时间与设置缓冲区,提高了项目在受到进度延迟风险因素影响时而能按期完工的保证率。在分析隧道盾构施工特点的基础上,结合PERT三时估计法,研究了区间隧道作业持续时间的确定,以及缓冲区的大小与作业持续时间、资源利用率、工序复杂度、项目管理者风险偏好度的关系,进而提出了基于PERT的区间隧道关键链工期与缓冲区的计算方法,并以郑州轨道交通某区间隧道进度控制为例进行实证研究。Schedule planning and controlling of rail transit is one of the difficult problems for the construction company,the owner and the competent department of the government. By optimizing the operation duration and setting buffers,the Critical Chain Project Management can improve the assurance rate of the project completion,under various types of delay risk. The determination of operation duration was studied and based on the analysis of tunnel construction characteristics,the relationships between the critical chain buffer size and characters of construction technology,the resource supplying and scheduling,the complexity of activities and the risk preference degrees of project manager were studied. Then,a new method for the determination of operation duration and the buffer size was presented based on the PERT. Finally,the method was applied to a tunnel of Zhengzhou rail transit 1# scheduling as an example for empirical research.
