摘　　要：目的了解北京市密云县医疗机构消毒质量状况,有效预防和控制医院感染发生。方法采用随机现场采样的方法,对密云县医疗机构不同消毒卫生处理对象消毒效果进行调查。结果 7年共采样4 636件,检测合格4 583件,总平均合格率为98.9%。使用中的消毒剂、压力蒸汽灭菌器、医疗用品合格率为100%,物体表面、医护人员手、紫外线灯辐射强度、室内空气、污水合格率依次为99.9%、98.3%、98.2%、96.5%和91.3%。结论密云县医疗机构消毒质量合格率总体较高,但仍存在消毒质量不合格情况,需重点加强管理,限期改进和提高。Objective To investigate the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Miyun county,and to strengthen the management of hospital acquired infection. Methods Random sampling method was used in disinfection quality monitoring of different objects in medical institutions in Miyun county. Results A total of 4636 samples were collected and tested within seven years. 4583 pieces were qualified and the average qualified rate was 98. 9%. The qualified rates of disinfectants,pressuresteam sterilizer and medical supplies were 100%. The qualified rates of object surfaces,staff hands,ultraviolet light radiation intensity,indoor air,sewage were 99. 9% 、98. 3% 、98. 2% 、96. 5% 、91. 3% respectively. Conclusion Although the overall disinfection quality in medical institutions was relatively good,some unqualified conditions still existed. Disinfection management should be also strengthened and improved within limited time.
