摘 要:构建了基于开环控制策略的方形域喷灌系统,以喷头转速一致为评价指标,采用逐级计算方法对管路进行水力计算,以优化方形域喷头组合喷灌配置模式。试验研究了单喷头的水力性能,依据单喷头水量分布对喷头组合喷灌均匀性进行了仿真。通过与2喷头组合喷灌试验对比获得以下结论:在实验室条件下对方形域喷头进行仿真计算获得的均匀度数据与组合试验结果基本一致,因此可通过仿真试验研究变量喷头组合喷灌均匀性;基于S800喷头的方形域组合喷灌,其平均喷灌强度为2.8mm/h,组合喷灌均匀度达77%,达到《喷灌工程技术规范》规定的定喷系统均匀系数不低于75%的要求。The sprinkler irrigation system is established through the concept of variable coverage irrigation based on the open-loop control strategy.Hydraulic calculation of the system is carried out step by step by using the sprinklers rotation speed as evaluation index to optimize the square wetting sprinkler irrigation.The hydraulic performance and overlapping irrigation uniformities of the variable-rate irrigation sprinkler is tested.Combination of uniformity is simulated according to the sprinkler water distribution.Results indicate that the simulation results well coincide with the tests under laboratory conditions.Consequently,we can do research on the combination of uniformity with the simulation method.The water application rate in this irrigation system is 2.8mm/h and the combination of irrigation uniformity is 77%,higher than 75%,a value required in the technical specifications for sprinkler engineering.
