摘 要:为寻求科学的爆破控制工艺与方法,对沙坪2级水电站混凝土闸坝基坑开挖爆破振动进行了跟踪监测,对监测数据进行回归分析。结果表明,允许装药量由水平径向爆破振动控制,由此确定不同距离的最大单响药量,即当爆心距为10m和20m时,单响药量不大于4.2kg和33.2kg。在此基础上优化爆破设计,控制爆破振动危害。通过对预留岩坎爆前爆后声波检测结果对比分析,岩体纵波波速平均下降率均小于10%,说明基坑开挖爆破对预留岩坎影响甚微或未破坏。综合上述2种监测结果分析,说明开挖爆破方案较为合理,对预留岩坎的影响较小。In order to seek a scientific blasting controlled technology and method,we monitor the excavation blasting vibration of dam foundation pit at Shaping Ⅱ Hydropower Station.The regression analysis of the monitored data shows that the maximum explosive quantity is controlled by the blasting vibration of horizontal direction.When the distances between explosion sources and measuring points are 10 mand 20m,the corresponding maximum explosive quantities are 4.2kg and 33.2kg.Blasting design is based on it to control the harm of blasting vibration.Through the contrastive analysis of monitoring results of acoustic velocity before and after the explosion in reserved rock dyke,the average decline rate of the rock longitudinal wave is less than 10%.It illustrates the excavation blasting at dam foundation pit has little effect on remaining rock.Through the comprehensive analysis of two monitoring results above,the project of excavation blasting is reasonable and has little effect on the remaining rocks.It serve as a reference for similar construction.
