肠乐胶囊对肝郁脾虚型肠易激综合征模型大鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肠乐胶囊对肝郁脾虚型肠易激综合征(IBS)模型大鼠的治疗作用及其作用机制。方法以番泻叶水煎剂加四肢束缚应激刺激的方法建立肝郁脾虚型IBS大鼠模型,观察肠乐胶囊对模型大鼠体质量、粪便含水量、稀便级数、小肠炭末推进百分率、血清中5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量及大鼠结肠黏膜组织形态学的影响。结果肠乐胶囊可有效减缓肝郁脾虚型IBS模型大鼠体质量的下降;明显降低肝郁脾虚型IBS模型大鼠的粪便含水量、稀便级数、小肠炭末推进百分率、血清中5-HT的含量;各给药组结肠黏膜结构基本完好,未见明显充血水肿及炎性细胞浸润。结论肠乐胶囊对肝郁脾虚型IBS模型大鼠有较好的治疗作用,其可能的作用机制是通过降低模型大鼠血清中5-HT含量,改善失调的胃肠运动功能。Objective To study the effect and mechanism of Changle capsule on irritable bowel syndrome（ IBS） with liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency in rats. Methods The rat model of IBS with liverstagnation and spleen-deficiency was established by intragastric administration of Folium Cassiae with limb restraint. The influences of Changle capsule on the body weight,the stool water content,the degree of diarrhea,the charcoal suspension pushing rates,the serum 5-HT content and the histomorphology of colonic mucosa in rats were determined. Results Changle capsule effectively decreased the body weight loss,the stool water content,the degree of diarrhea,the charcoal suspension pushing rates and the serum 5-HT content. Meantime,Changle capsule kept the structure of colonic mucosa without significant hyperemiaedema and inflammatory infiltration on rats of IBS with liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency.Conclusion Changle capsule has a therapeutic effect on IBS with liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency in rats,which may be related to reduction of the serum 5-HT content.
