摘 要:综述了电站锅炉受热面产生了磨损、腐蚀、积灰和结渣等一系列问题及带来的严重后果。并介绍了锅炉沾污结渣的机理、传统处理方法及采用纳米陶瓷涂层阻垢剂的新型防沾污结渣方法。指出,纳米陶瓷涂层阻垢剂能从根本上解决电站锅炉的沾污结渣问题,而且能够提高热传递效率,使锅炉水冷壁表面加热更加均匀,减少热点,从而减少维修和停炉时间。因而制备和使用电站锅炉高温防沾污结渣涂层具有广泛的市场。In this article,several problems of power plant boiler's heating surface such as abrasion,corrosion,dust stratification and slag-bonding were summarizd. Furthermore,serious consequences of such problems were also concerned. Then,the slagging and fouling mechanism,the traditional method of slagging and foulings' cleaning and the new-type nano porcelain coating antisludging agent were also introduced. It should be stated that nano porcelain coating antisludging agent can solve the power plant boiler's slagging and fouling problem radically,and it also can make the boiler's water wall heated evenly to improve the boiler's heat transmission efficiency. As the result of that,the boiler's blowout and repairation can be decreased. So,the future direction of slagging and foulings' cleaning will use the new-type nano porcelain coating antisludging agent.
