基于均值因子的科研论文评估研究——以山东大学与C9高校联盟2009—2013年的科研产出为例

摘　　要：针对科研论文的评价指标众多且计量单位不一的问题,提出了基于均值因子的科研论文评估方法,以山东大学与C9高校联盟2009—2013年的科研产出为例,利用Sci Val平台统计分析了10所高校的科研论文指标,计算了部分指标的均值因子,对其进行了聚类分析,再结合国内外排名、归一化影响因子FWCI、h指数以及论文的引用国家分布等指标的分析,探讨了众多科研指标的潜在价值,为学校的科研决策提供了客观参考。In the light of that the evaluation indexes of scientific papers are numerous and the the units of measurement are different, this paper puts forward the evaluation method of scientific papers based on the mean factor, and taking the research outputs of Shandong University and C9 University Union in the period of 2009—2013 as the example, Carries out a statistical analysis on the scientific papers of the ten universities by using Scival platform, calculates the mean factors of some indexes, conducts the clustering analysis on the mean factors, and probes into the potential value of scientific research indexes connecting with the rankings at home and abroad,normalized impact factor FWCI（Field-Weighted Citation Impact）,h-index, distribution of papers citing nations, etc., providing the objective reference for university＇s scientific research decision making.
