摘　　要：随着中日韩地方经济合作示范区的建设的深入,3国之间的经济合作越来越密切,3国间技术的差距和要素禀赋的差异使得高技术产业有从日韩向中国转移的趋势。数据研究发现,伴随着产业转移而来的是较高的技术溢出系数,充分利用技术溢出效应将有效推动我国产业升级并拉动我国的经济发展。Along with the deepening of the construction of China-Japan-South Korea Regional Economic Cooperation Demonstration Zone,the economic cooperation among the three countries gets more and more closer, and the technology gap and factor endowment difference among the three countries makes the high-tech industry have a tendency to transfer from Japan and South Korea to China. The data research finds that the higher technology spillover coefficient is associated with industry transfer, and the full use of technology spillover effect will ？effectively promote？China＇s industrial upgrading and fuel China＇s economic development.
