摘  要:在实验室内采用培养皿发芽法进行了种子发芽试验,在温室内采用沙培盆栽法进行了幼苗生长试验,分别研究了Na Cl胁迫对番茄种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:随着Na Cl胁迫浓度的增大,对发芽的抑制作用明显增强;发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、胚根长比胚芽长、发芽率对Na Cl胁迫的反应更敏感。Na Cl浓度≤150 mmol/L时促进生长,Na Cl浓度〉150 mmol/L时抑制生长,Na Cl浓度为250 mmol/L时,极显著地抑制了幼苗生长。Na Cl浓度在50~200 mmol/L范围内,丙二醛(MDA)含量均极显著降低,超过200 mmol/L时,MDA含量极显著上升;250mmol/L以内的Na C1处理对过氧化物酶(POD)活性均无显著影响。In order to study the effects of NaC1 stress on seed germination and seedling growth of tomato, the experiment on seed germination was carried out by using petri dish culture method in laboratory, and the test of seedling growth was conducted by pot culture method with sand in greenhouse. The results showed that the inhibition on seed germination enhanced obviously with the increasing concentration of NaC1 stress; compared with germ length and ger- mination rate, the germination energy, germination index, vigor index and radicle length were more sensitive to NaCl stress. NaCl concentration ≤ 150 mmol / L could promote growth, NaCl concentration〉 150 mmol / L would restraint growth, NaCl concentration = 250 mmol/L signifi- cantly restrained seedling growth. The content of MDA obviously decreased as NaC1 concentra- tion was in the range of 50 --200 mmol/L, but MDA content significantly increased as NaCl concentration exceeded 200 retool/L; NaC l concentrations〈250 mmol / L had no obvious effect on POD activity.
