术后表格式要点观察记录单在临床教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨术后表格式要点观察记录单在临床护理教学中的应用方法和效果。方法自行设计腹腔镜胃癌术后表格式要点观察记录单,指导护理实习学生根据术后患者情况进行填写,并组织病情讨论和临床分析。结果学生出科考试中病例分析能力总分为(78.2±4.4)分,填写记录单的正确率为(83.1%±5.5%)。结论术后表格式要点观察记录单有助于培养学生对病情的观察能力和临床护理能力。Objective To discuss the application method and effects of the postoperative monitoring form in clinical nursing teaching. Methods A postoperative monitoring form for patients with laparoscopic gastricectomy was designed. The students were asked to observe the postoperative patients guided by the form and filled in the form. Meanwhile,case discussion and case analysis was carried out based on the records in the postoperative monitoring form. Results The students＇ examination score in cases analysis was（78.2±4.4） points,and the average correct rate of records was（83.1%±5.5%）. Conclusion The postoperative monitoring form is beneficial for the cultivation of students＇ illness observation ability and clinical nursing competence.
