护理本科生实习期间护理不良事件上报状况研究

摘　　要：目的调查护理本科生实习期间护理不良事件的发生状况,探讨实习期间学生护理不良事件管理办法。方法采用自制护理不良事件报表,调查199名某省属高校护理学院本科实习生护理不良事件的上报情况。结果实习半年内上报学院的护理不良事件共74件,不良事件以0级(13件)及I级(53件)为主;上报所在医院护理部的有4件,未上报原因主要是对上报制度与方式的认知不足。结论护理院校应关注实习生的护理不良事件发生状况,并开设护理不良事件管理课程,加强相关宣传和教育,促使学生及时将实习期间发生的护理不良事件进行上报。Objective To investigate the prevalence and reporting of adverse nursing events in undergraduate nursing students during clinical practice. Methods The adverse nursing events among 199 undergraduate nursing students during clinical practice were investigated with a self-designed adverse nursing events reporting form. Results Seventy-four cases of adverse nursing events were reported to the school within 6 months,13 and 53 cases were rated as grade 0 and 1,respectively. Only four cases were reported to the nursing department in hospital. Students＇ poor awareness to the reporting way and reporting regulations was the main reason of missed reporting. Conclusion Nursing schools and colleges should pay close attention to nursing adverse events among nursing students during clinical practice,and set up courses on adverse nursing event management to enhance education and encourage students to report adverse nursing events timely during clinical practice.
