摘  要:目的调查临床护理人员医学人文知识在职教育的现状及需求,为制订更有针对性的在职教育方案提供依据。方法采用分层抽样,对我院35个科室的553名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果仅43.4%的护士接受过医学人文知识在职培训,92.0%的护士非常需要或需要医学人文知识培训;不同年龄、工作年限、职称的护士对医学人文知识需求差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而不同性别和学历的护士对医学人文知识需求差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论护理人员医学人文知识在职教育不足,需求程度高,为促进护理人员专业素质和人文素养的全面协调发展,应加强临床护理人员医学人文知识的在职教育。Objective To investigate the status and needs of continuing education on medical humanities among nursing staff,and provide reference for making targeted continuing education program. Methods Totally 553 nursing staff in 35 clinical departments were recruited by stratified sampling method and were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results Only 43.4% of the nurses received continuing education on medical humanities,and 92.0% of them showed high demands on the related training. There were significant differences in the needs among nurses with different age groups,working years and professional titles(P0.01),while no significant difference was found among nurses with different gender or educational levels(P0.05). Conclusion Continuing education on medical humanities among nurses is insufficient and nurses show high demands on the related training. It is suggested to strengthen the continuing education on medical humanities in order to promote nurses' professional competency and humanistic quality.
