摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与多种疾病有关,中药成分复杂,抗Hp作用多样,其作用机制包括直接抑制或杀灭Hp、降低Hp的毒力、降低Hp的黏附力、改变Hp的生存环境、抑制Hp的耐药性、提高机体的免疫力、减轻胃黏膜炎症、抑制胃黏膜上皮细胞凋亡、清除氧自由基等多个方面。Helicobacter pylori（ Hp） infection is associated with various diseases. Chinese herbs have the effect of anti- Hp. The mechanisms of action include killing or restraining Hp,reducing the virulence and drug resistance of Hp,inhibiting adhesion and changing the growing environment of Hp,enhancing the immunity of organism,alleviating the inflammation of gastric mucosa,reducing the apoptosis of gastric epithelial cells and eliminating oxygen free radicals of organism.
