应用健脾益肾活血法治疗男性不育症探析

摘　　要：近年来男性不育症发病率逐渐增多,脾肾两虚夹血瘀是男性不育症发病的重要病机,其中脾肾不足为本,血瘀为标。健脾益肾活血法兼补先后二天,通补合用,可达标本兼治之效。现代药理研究发现健脾益肾活血法通过影响下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴,抗氧化作用等方面来改善生精环境,提高精子质量,应用健脾益肾活血法在男性不育症的临床治疗中可以达到满意疗效。The incidence of male infertility grows in an increasing number in recent years. Spleen and kidney deficiency with blood stasis plays an important role in the cause of male infertility. Spleen and kidney deficiency is the root cause and blood stasis is the branch cause. Therefore,strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation method can resolve both of them by tonifying spleen and kidney and putting tonifying and invigorating together.The modern pharmacology research shows that strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation method can improve the sperm motility with its positive influence on the hypothalamic pituitary gonadal axis,antioxidation and so on. When we use strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation method to deal with male infertility,we can get a satisfied clinical effect.
