中药西河柳及其同属易混品的性状及显微鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的:中药西河柳为柽柳科柽柳属植物柽柳Tamarix chinensis Lour.的嫩枝叶。由于柽柳生长在半荒漠地带,叶片退化成鳞片状,因此与其同属植物很难分别。因此本研究旨在探寻西河柳及其同属植物在性状和显微特征上的区别,以实现对西河柳的准确鉴别。方法:采用了性状及显微鉴别方法对西河柳及其同属11种植物的嫩枝叶进行性状特征及组织构造特征研究。结果:研究发现中药西河柳及其同属11种易混品的性状特征非常相似,主要区别在于鳞片状小叶的形状。在组织构造的研究中,通过对表皮细胞表面的乳状突起、皮层细胞形态、髓部大小等的观察,发现了西河柳及其同属易混品的区别。结论:通过本课题的研究,得出西河柳及其同属11种易混品的性状及组织构造特征,为西河柳的准确鉴定奠定了理论基础。Objective： Tamaricis cacumen is the young leaves and stems of Tamarix chinensis Lour. The leaves of Tamarix L. are flaky because they grow in desert. So it＇s difficult to distinguish them from each other. And this research explored the difference between them in macroscopic and microscopic in order to identify Tamaricis cacumen correctly. Method： This research observed Tamaricis cacumen and its adulterants of Tamarix L. with macroscopic and microscopic identification methods. Result： Except for the shape of leaf,the other characters of Tamaricis cacumen and its adulterants of Tamarix L. are consistent so the macroscopic identification method is not suitable to distinguish them. However,Tamaricis cacumen can be distinguished from its adulterants of Tamarix L. by their microscopic characters,such as papillae on epidermal cells,shape of cortex cell and size of pith. Conclusion： These researches conclude the characteristics and tissue structure of Tamaricis cacumen and its adulterants of Tamarix L. and will benefit to identify Tamaricis cacumen correctly.
