摘　　要：从中国古典文献和万方数据库中查阅相关资料,对近年来刺激方式与腧穴配伍效应的研究概况进行综合分析和评论。结果表明:不同的刺激方式所产生的腧穴配伍效应有差异,但刺激方式不是影响腧穴配伍效应单一因素,腧穴特异性亦为另一个重要因素。目前对两者关系的研究甚少且尚未有明确的结论何种刺激方式对腧穴配伍效应的影响更好。建议今后针对不同的刺激方式,深入研究其不同作用因素的影响。同时,转变观念,从另外的角度去思考两者的关系,为临床治病提供依据。By collecting information from the Chinese classical literature and VIP database of Chinese Journals,an overall analysis and review on stimulation mode and acupoints compatibility effect in recently years are made in the paper.Resultsshow that the effects of acupoints compatibility generated by stimulus are different and stimulation isn＇t the only factor. The acupoints features also are the main factor in acupoints compatibility effect. The stimulus which is better on acupoints compatibility effect is not clear. The studies result in them are very little. It is suggested that the study should focus on effects of different factors on the stimulation mode. At the same time,the idea and thinking about the relationship between the two from another angle changes will provide important clinical evidence.
