五磨饮治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察五磨饮治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良的临床疗效及其安全性。方法:确诊为脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组给予五磨饮治疗,对照组给予多潘立酮治疗,两组疗程均为4周。采用PAGI-SYM症状量表、中医证侯量表及饮水负荷试验观察患者临床症状和胃感觉功能的变化情况,并观察不良事件。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为93.3%和83.3%,组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组中医证侯各项指标治疗前后组内差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组胃脘胀满、嗳气吞酸积分治疗前后组内差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间治疗后比较,胃脘胀满、胃脘疼痛、嗳气泛酸、饮食减少及善太息积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未发生不良事件。结论:五磨饮能显著缓解脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良患者的临床症状和胃感觉功能,且安全性较好。Objective： To observe the effects and safety of Wumo Yin in treating functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation. Methods： 120 FD cases of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 60 cases in treatment group were administered with Wumo Yin and 60 cases in control group were administered with Domperidone,three times before meal each day. Both groups were under treatment for four weeks.Before and after treatment,clinical symptoms and gastric sensory function changes were observed through the PAGI- SYM symptom rating scale,Chinese medical scale and water load test to assess the efficiency of Chinese medicine. Laboratory tests were carried out before and after treatment to assess the safety of Chinese medicine. Results： The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 93. 3% and 83. 3% respectively（ P〈 0. 05）. Gastric sensory thresholds of both groups were increased after treatment,with better improvement in treatment group than that in control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Compared with the control group,the treatment group had significant improvement in postprandial fullness,upper abdominal pain and acid reflux. No adverse events were found in both groups. Conclusions： Wumo Yin can relieve clinical symptoms significantly and improve the gastric sensory function of FD of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation.
