穴位贴敷联合足三里注射治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位贴敷联合足三里注射治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期肺脾两虚型的临床疗效,为该病的有效治疗提供一定的理论参考依据。方法:以2013年6月—2014年8月接收诊治的100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期肺脾两虚型患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),对照组50例患者进行常规治疗治疗,观察组50例患者在常规治疗基础上给予穴位贴敷联合足三里黄芪针注射治疗。观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果、中医证候积分值的变化情况及肺功能改善状况。结果:治疗后对照组50例患者的有效率为66%,观察组50例患者的有效率为88%,观察组患者的病情缓解程度,肺功能改善状况均度显著优于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:穴位贴敷联合足三里注射治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺脾两虚型患者效果较好,值得临床进一步研究及推广使用。Objective： To study clinical curative effect of the acupoint sticking combined with injection at Zusanli（ ST36） in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD） at the stable stage and to provide the certain theoretical reference for the effective treatment of the disease. Methods： During June 2013 to August 2014,100 cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD） were as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group（ 50 cases） and control group（ 50 cases）. The control group was given the conventional therapy and the observation group was treated by acupuncture sticking combined with injection at Zusanli（ ST36） with astragalus membranaceus injection. We observed and compared the curative effects of two groups,the change of TCM syndrome integral value and improve lung function status. Results： After treatment in the control group,the effective rate was 66% and the observation group＇s was 88%. The degree of remission and lung function improvement in observation group were much better than those of the control group with statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The acupoint sticking combined with injection at Zusanli（ ST36） treatment has good effect on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients. It is worthy of popularizing and further research and clinical use.
