怀山药多糖对大鼠胃溃疡的疗效及胃组织碱性成纤维因子及其受体水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察怀山药多糖对胃溃疡大鼠的治疗作用,研究怀山药多糖对胃溃疡大鼠胃组织b FGF含量及胃黏膜b FGFR表达水平的影响。方法:将50只大鼠随机分为五组,分别为空白组、模型组、怀山药多糖组、替普瑞酮组及怀山药多糖+替普瑞酮组等。观察并比较各组胃溃疡的愈合情况,取胃组织匀浆检测并比较b FGF水平,取胃组织切片后用免疫组化法观察并比较胃黏膜b FGFR表达水平。结果:(1)怀山药多糖组的溃疡指数显著低于模型组(P<0.01)。(2)怀山药多糖组胃组织b FGF水平显著高于模型组(P<0.05)和空白组(P<0.01)。(3)怀山药多糖组胃黏膜b FGFR表达水平显著高于空白组(P<0.01),与替普瑞酮组无统计学差异。结论:怀山药多糖具有良好的胃黏膜保护作用,其机制可能与上调胃溃疡大鼠胃组织b FGF含量和胃黏膜b FGFR表达水平有关。Objective： To observe the effect of Dioscorea opposita polysaccharide on gastric ulcer rats and to investigate the effects on levels of b FGF and b FGFR in gastric ulcer tissue. Methods： By random assignment,fifty rats were put into five groups. We observed and compared the healing condition of gastric ulcer in different groups and detected the levels of b FGF and b FGFR. Results：（ 1） The ulcer index of Dioscorea opposita polysaccharide group was obviously reduced compared with that of the model group（ P〈 0. 01）.（ 2） Between Dioscorea opposita polysaccharide group and model group（ P〈 0. 05） or normal group（ P〈 0. 01）,there was a significant deviation in the level of b FGF.（ 3） Between Dioscorea opposita polysaccharide group and normal group,there was a significant deviation in the expression level of b FGFR（ P〈 0. 01）while the difference was not statistically significant between Dioscorea opposita polysaccharide group and positive control group. Conclusion： Dioscorea opposita polysaccharide has protective effects for gastric mucosa. The mechanism of may be related to promoting the synthesis of b FGF and b FGFR.
