摘  要:目的:探讨复方樟柳碱穴位注射联合高压氧治疗动眼神经损伤临床疗效及其安全性,为临床诊断治疗提供参考。方法:将本组480例动眼神经损伤患者根据随机数字表法随机分为对照组240例和观察组240例;对照组采用高压氧治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合复方樟柳碱穴位注射。两组患者均以14次为1个疗程,3个疗程结束后评价疗效。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后视力恢复时间显著低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方樟柳碱穴位注射联合高压氧治疗动眼神经损伤临床疗效显著,安全可靠,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of compound anisodine injection at acupoints combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy for oculomotor nerve injury and to provide the reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: 480 cases of oculomotor nerve injury patients were randomly divided into control group( n = 240) and the observation group( n = 240) according to a random number table. The control group used hyperbaric oxygen therapy and the observation group added compound anisodine point injection at acupoints. 10 times was a course of treatment. At the end of the three courses,we evaluated the effect. Results: The total efficiency was significantly higher in the observation group after treatment and the difference was statistically significant( P〈 0. 05). The visual acuity after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant( P〈 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups showed no significant difference( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion: The compound anisodine injection at acupoints combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy for oculomotor nerve damage has clinically significant effect. It is safe and reliable,worthy of clinical application.
