摘　　要：目的：观察拔伸折顶复位加小夹板固定治疗Colles骨折的临床疗效。方法：采用拔伸折顶复位加小夹板固定治疗Colles骨折的68例。结果：优45例，良18例，可4例，差1例，总有优良率92.6%，随访治患者骨折愈合良好，腕关节活动均良好。结论：拔伸折顶复位加小夹板固定治疗Colles骨折复位位置佳，避免2次手术、痛苦相对较小，疗效满意。Objective：To observe pulling off the top reset the clinical efficacy of adding a small splint fixation Colles fracture. Meth-ods：pulling off the top reset plus a small splint treatment of 68 cases of Colles fracture. Result：excellent 45 cases, good in 18 cases, 4 cases was general, poor one case, there was always good rate was 92. 6%, follow-up treatment of patients with healed fractures, wrist joints were good. Conclusion：pulling off the top reset plus a small splint therapy Colles fractures good position to avoid the two operations, the pain should be relatively small, the results were satisfactory.
