摘  要:悬点载荷由静载荷和动载荷组成,其中动载荷与悬点运动快慢相关。分析了长冲程、低冲次对悬点速度、加速度的影响,根据动载荷与悬点运动规律的关系,分析了长冲程、低冲次可降低最大惯性载荷、最大摩擦载荷和最大振动载荷,则可降低最大悬点载荷。最大悬点载荷决定抽油机选型,某些情况下长冲程、低冲次的抽汲参数选择抽油机型号可降低一档。The polished rod load is made up of dead weight and dynamic load,and dynamic load is associated with polished rod movement speed. The influence of long stroke and low speed to polished rod velocity and acceleration is analyzed. Based on the relationship of dynamic load and polished rod movement,it is analyzed that the maximum inertia load,maximum friction load and maximum oscillatory load can be reduced with long stroke and low speed,so the maximum polished rod load can be reduced. The pumping unit model selection is depending on the maximum polished rod load,so in some cases the pumping unit model can be reduced with the swabbing parameters of long stroke and low speed.
