尿毒清颗粒剂治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨尿毒清颗粒剂治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法将慢性肾衰竭120例患者随机分为两组,对照组患者进行常规治疗,试验组患者在常规治疗基础上给予尿毒清颗粒剂。治疗3个月后对临床效果、血尿素氮(BUN)和血清肌酐(Scr)进行比较。结果试验组患者总有效率为85.0%,明显优于对照组的45.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗后Scr和BUN虽有上升,上升幅度明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿毒清颗粒剂治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效确切,可减缓衰竭速度,临床应用十分简单,不良反应较少。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Niaoduqing granule in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods Chronic renal failure in 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group routine drug treatment,the experimental group in the conventional treatment based on the given Niaoduqing granules.After 3 months of treatment on clinical effect,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）and serumcreatinine（Scr）were compared.Results In experiment group,the total effective rate was 85.0%,significantly better than the control group 45.0%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the experimental group patients after the treatment of Scr and BUNhas increased, rising significantly less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Uremic Clearance granule in treating chronic renal failure curative effect,can reduce the failure rate,clinical application is very simple,less adverse reaction.
