摘　　要：目的探讨鼻窦置换疗法治疗慢性鼻窦炎患儿的护理措施。方法选取2012年2月至2014年2月我院收治的慢性鼻窦炎患儿84例,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组,各42例。两组患儿均通过鼻窦负压置换进行治疗,对照组患儿给予常规护理,治疗组患儿给予心理护理、系统性护理以及健康指导,对两组患儿的治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗组患儿总有效率为92.9%,明显高于对照组的81.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻窦置换疗法治疗慢性鼻窦炎患儿并给予系统性护理,可提高患儿对工作人员的信任,增强治疗信心,同时也有利于患儿疾病的恢复,使治疗效果佳。Objective To investigate the sinuses replacement therapy nursing measures of the patients with chronic sinusitis patients.Methods In 84 cases with chronic sinusitis from 2012 February to 2014 February in our hospital,were divided into treatment group and control group,each of 42 cases.Two groups of children were treated by nasal sinuses replacement,the control group were given routine nursing,psychological nursing, the treatment group were given systemic nursing and health guidance,the comparison of two groups of children with therapeutic effect. Results The patients in the treatment group the total effective rate was 92.9%,significantly higher than 81.0% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Replacement therapy in the treatmentof children with chronic sinusitis and nasal sinus and given systemic nursing can improve patients＇ trust,related to the staff,strengthening confidence in the treatment,but also conducive to the recovery of children with the disease,the treatment effect is good..
