摘　　要：本文就卫生管理队伍建设中的常见问题进行探讨,逐步完善卫生管理队伍的建设,对医疗卫生事业的有序发展具有重要保障作用。This paper discusses the common problems in the construction of health management team construction, and gradually improve the health management team,has an important role to guarantee the orderly development of the medical and health work.
