安徽省人口老龄化的经济学分析——基于安徽省第六次人口普查资料的考量

摘　　要：安徽省人口结构的基本趋势是"未富先老"。老龄化程度在加快的同时,还存在城乡、地区、性别方面的差异,给安徽省经济发展带来消极影响。经济学分析表明,人口老龄化会降低劳动生产率、加重政府与家庭的抚养负担。实证分析显示人口老龄化与经济增长为负向关系。为保持社会持续发展,应该高效发展国民经济,优化社会保障与养老体系,建立健全政府老龄工作机制,培育老龄产业与市场,以化解人口老龄化使带来的不利局面。The general trend of Anhui population structure is getting old before being rich.While the population aging is accelerating,there are big gaps in the urban and rural areas,districts,and gender,which have brought the negative impact on economic growth in Anhui.Economic analysis reveals that aging population will reduce labor productivity,aggravate the country and household＇s dependency burden.Empirical analysis shows that the negative relationship between aging population and economic growth.In order to solve the problem brought by aging population,great efforts should be made to develop national economy efficiently,optimize social security and pension system,establish and perfect government＇s working mechanism for aged population and develop mature industry and and market.
