从X线影像学观测布依药鹿角壮骨煎液对大鼠骨折模型的作用

摘　　要：目的从X线影像学的改变来观察布依药"鹿角壮骨煎液"对大鼠骨折模型修复的作用。方法手术造成SD大鼠胫骨中下段骨折模型60只,随机分成治疗组30和对照组30,治疗组以布依药鹿角壮骨煎液灌胃,对照组给予等量0.9%生理盐水灌胃。在造模后的第15、21、30、42d分别取两组大鼠行骨折处X线摄片并评分。结果治疗组与对照组相比较,在造模第15天及以后治疗组X线影像学与对照组有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论布依药鹿角壮骨煎液可促进骨痂生长,提高影像学评分,对骨折愈合有修复作用。Objective： To observe the effect of Lujiao Zhuanggu Decoction of Bouyei nationality medicine on bone fracture repair mod- el rats from the X -ray iconography. Methods： 60 middle and lower segment tibial fracture SD rats were caused by surgical method and were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 30 per group. The treatment group was intragastrically administrated with Lujiao Zhuanggu Decoction while the control group was intragastrically administrated with the same amount of 0. 9% normal saline. In the 15th, 21st, 30th and 42nd day of the modeling, the fractures of the two groups were X -rayed and scored. Results： Compared with the control group, the treatment group had significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） in the 15th day of the modeling and later X - ray iconography. Conclusion ： Lujiao Zhuanggu Decoction of Bouyei nationality medicine can promote the growth of callus, improve the score of iconography and help fracture healing and repair.
