摘　　要：目的探讨Stathmin1在胎儿正常胰腺组织中的表达情况。方法收集2012至2014年不同周龄胎儿解剖标本中正常胰腺组织10例,应用免疫组织化学法和原位杂交检测Stathmin1及其mRNA的表达。结果 <24周胎儿正常胰腺组织中Stathmin1已有表达,阳性表达率显著低于>24周胎儿胰腺的正常组织(54.72%vs 82.41%,P<0.05);且<24周胎儿正常胰腺组织中Stathmin1 mRNA也已有表达,阳性表达率显著低于>24周胎儿胰腺的正常组织(48.33%vs 73.64%,P<0.05)。结论胎儿正常胰腺组织Stathmin1已有表达,随着胎儿的发育而发生变化,其可能参与了胎儿胰腺组织的生长发育。Objective To explore the expression of stathmin 1 in the normal fetal pancreatic tissues. Methods From 2012 to2014,10 fetal specimens of normal pancreatic tissues from dead fetus at different weeks were collected,and the expression of stathmin 1 and its mRNA were detected and observed by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. Results The positive expression rate of stathmin 1in fetal specimens of pancreatic tissues less than 24 weeks was lower than that of more than 24 weeks( 54. 72% vs 82. 41%,P < 0. 05),so was it with the positive expression rate of Stathmin 1 mRNA in fetal specimens less than 24 weeks( 48. 33% vs 73. 64%,P < 0. 05). Conclusion The expression of stathmin 1 exists in normal fetal pancreatic tissues,and its expression increases along with developing fetus. It suggests that stathmin 1 may be involved in the development of fetal pancreatic tissues.
