小组制整体护理在血液透析临时中心静脉导管患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察小组制整体护理对血液透析患者临时中心静脉导管并发症的影响。方法:随机抽取实施小组制整体护理的89例血液透析临时中心静脉导管患者作为观察组,回顾性抽取接受常规护理模式的83例患者作为对照组,比较两种血液透析患者并发症的发生率。结果:观察组患者的置管时间高于对照组(P<0.05),导管相关感染、导管功能不全并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小组制整体护理能减少血液透析患者临时导管并发症的发生,让患者和家属满意,深化了优质护理服务内涵。Objective:To observe the effects of group responsibility system based on holistic nursing on the complications of temporary central venous catheter of hematodialysis patients .Methods:Randomly draw 89 cases of temporary central venous catheter of hematodialysis patients who were nursed in group responsi‐bility system based on holistic nursing as the observation ,retrospectively select 83 cases of patients w ho ac‐cepted conventional nursing modes as the control group .Compare the occurrence of complication of the hema‐todialysis Patients in the two groups .Results:The cathetering time of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ,(P<0 .05) ,the occurrence of catheter related infefection and complication resulted from the insufficiency of catheter function were lower than that of the control group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Roup responsibility system based on holistic nursing can reduce the occurrence of the complication of tempo‐rary catheter to hematodialysis Patients ,w hich w ould satisfy the patients and and their families and deepen the content of high quality nursing service .
