摘　　要：2014年,中国通用航空产业发展进入"新常态",整体增长低于预期。特点表现在:空域开放尚待时日,国际合作不断加深,地方发展热情不减,民间活动日益活跃。现阶段,我国通用航空产业发展既有硬件问题,也有软件问题。今后应该从解决空域管理、机场建设、人才培养三个问题入手,促进我国通用航空产业快速发展。The Chinese general aviation industry developed in a "new normal way"in 2014 ,with the overall growth being lower than the expected .The development in the year is characterized by :unopened airspace , continuously deepened international cooperation ,enthusiastic local development ,and increasingly fervent civil activities .At present ,the Chinese general aviation industry is plagued by both software and hardware problems in its development .T he paper suggests facilitating the rapid development of the general aviation industry from the angles of airspace management ,airport construction ,and talent cultivation .
