摘　　要：进行挖掘机液压元件的可靠性试验研究首先要获得其实际工况载荷谱。对挖掘机液压泵的载荷进行采集,经过载荷数据分析和处理,采用雨流法对液压泵压力载荷进行分段计数统计,并采用非参数估计的方法将载荷谱外推至全生命周期。经过对载荷谱的简化处理,最终得到适用于液压泵可靠性台架试验的试验加载谱。Actual loading condition chart of a hydraulic unit in a hydraulic excavator must be available before carrying out reliability test and study therefor. The procedure is to collect loads and loading of the hydraulic pump in the excavator before analysis and treatments of the load data, while a rain flow process was used to carry out measurements and statistics section by section for the hydraulic pump's loads and loading, together with a nonparametric estimation to extrapolate the loading chart to a total period of working life of the pump as a whole. A test loading chart has been got finally for bench testing the hydraulic pump's reliability through simplified treatment of the loading spectrum.
