摘 要:半轴轴线与主轴轴承安装孔端面的距离是变速器装配过程中需要控制的关键尺寸,操作者要根据每台变速器实测的数据确定调整垫片的厚度。为此,设计一套空间间距测量工装。该工装将两个空间位置通过有形的轴或端面表现出来,从而建立二者之间的计算关系。该方法操作简便,在生产工位上即可完成,无需进行三坐标检测,可节省大量成本和时间。It is a key dimension during the assembly procedure when the transmission's axle shaft has to fix its clearance with the fixing hole end surface that the operator has to decide the shim thickness when data of each transmission case has been measured and decided for the assembly. Therefore, a set of tooling for the space/clearance measurement has been designed. This tooling can present two space positions through the tangible axle shaft and/or the end surface so as to set up a counting relation there-bet ween. Such a tooling andmethod itself tells simple and easy operation that can be finished at the post that 3-D check/test would not be needed, thus saving cost and time by lots.
