摘 要:目的建立快速、准确的水中氟(F)的高分辨连续光源原子吸收光谱法(HR-CS-AAS)。方法运用均匀实验设计优化HR-CS-AAS测定水中氟的实验条件,通过精密度、检出限及回收率实验,对方法的可靠性进行了评估。结果运用均匀实验设计优化了石墨炉升温程序,在651.187 nm以灰化温度950℃、原子化温度2 200℃进行检测,F在50 ng内线性良好。对废水标准样品的检测结果回收率为95.6%~104%,均在参考值范围,测定相对标准偏差为2.58%~3.03%,方法检出限为42μg/L。结论均匀实验设计适用于多水平多因素的实验;该检测方法具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏的特点,可作为水中氟测定的可靠方法。Objective To develop a rapid and accurate method for the determination of fluorine in water by high- resolution continuum source atomic absorption spectrometry( HR- CS- AAS). Methods The method of uniform design experimentation was used to optimize the experimental conditions for detection of fluorine in water with HR- CS- AAS. The precision,detection limit and recovery were used to assess the credibility of the method. Results The graphite furnace program was optimized using uniform design experimentation. Fluorine was determined at 651. 187 nm applying a pyrolysis temperature of 950 ℃ and a molecule forming temperature of 2 200 ℃. Good linearity was maintained up to 50 ng of fluorine. The recovery of certified waste water samples detection results were in 95. 6%- 104%,which was in the reference range. The relative standard deviation was2. 58%- 3. 03%,the detection limit of this method was 42 μg / L. Conclusion Uniform design experimentation is suitable for multi- level and multi- factor chemical experiments. The method is simple,fast,accurate and sensitive and it can be used for the detection of fluorine in water.
