摘 要:目的了解十堰市从事禽类经营的职业人群与经营场所中禽流感病毒感染状况,为人禽流感防控提供依据。方法采集该市从事家禽规模养殖、销售和屠宰的职业人群血清118份,通过红细胞凝集抑制实验(HI)进行H5N1抗体检测;采集家禽规模养殖场和农贸活禽市场外环境标本171份,以real-time RT-PCR法检测禽流感病毒核酸Flu A、H5、H7、H9。结果职业人群H5N1(A/Chiken/Hong Kong/Ap156/2008)抗体阳性率为15.25%;经营场所外环境中Flu A、H5、H9在不同季节检出率依次为5.00%~57.50%、0.00%~25.00%和2.50%~50.00%,未检出H7;规模养殖场标本Flu A核酸均为阴性,农贸活禽市场标本Flu A、H5、H7、H9及H5与H9混合阳性核酸检出率依次为:46.85%、16.22%、0.00%、43.24%和14.41%。结论十堰市禽类经营职业人群存在一定的H5N1隐性感染,经营场所存在H5、H9亚型禽流感病毒的污染,应加强职业人群的禽流感监测与防护,落实农贸活禽市场的"三个一措施"。Objective To investigate the infection status of influenza viruses among occupational population and manage location of poultry environment in Shiyan in 2013,and provide evidence for the prevention and control of human infection with avian influenza virus( AIV). Methods 118 serum samples from occupational population( work for the feed,sale and slaughter of poultry) were detected with antibodies by hemagglutination inhibition test. Meanwhile,171 samples collected from the poultry environment were conducted to detect nucleic acid of Flu A,H5,H7,H9 with real- time RT- PCR. Results The antibody positive rate of occupational population for H5N1( A / Chiken / Hong Kong / Ap156 /2008) was 15. 25%. The detection rates of Flu A,H5 and H9 in out- environment of manage location in different season were fluctuated between 5. 00%- 57. 50%,0. 00%- 25. 00% and 2. 50%- 50. 00% respectively. While,subtype H7 was not detected; The detection rates of Flu A nucleic acids extracted from scale farms specimen were negative. The positive rates of the samples from the farmer's live poultry market for Flu A,H5,H7,H9 and mixed positive of H5 and H9 were 46. 85%,16. 22%,0. 00%,43. 24% and 14. 41% respectively. Conclusion There were latent infections of H5N1 in occupational population in Shiyan. H5 and H9 of AIV had contaminated the poultry environments. So it is necessary to strengthen the surveillance and protection in occupational population and carry out the "three measures"in farmers' live poultry markets.
