摘 要:考察了弱磁场对零价铁去除铜冶炼废水中重金属离子的加速作用。结果表明,当稀贵车间废水初始p H为4.0-5.0,微米铁粉投加量为0.1-0.5 g/L时,预磁化和加磁均能加速零价铁对稀贵车间废水重金属离子的去除。在初始p H为4.0,微米铁粉投加量为1.0 g/L的条件下,对水淬车间高砷废水进行处理,结果发现,外加磁场对微米铁去除高砷废水中总砷仍有很强的促进作用。The accelerating effect of weak magneti c field(WFM)on zero valent iron used for the removal of heavy metal ions from copper smelting wastewater has been investigated. The results show that when the initial p H of the wastewater in Xigui Workshop is 4.0 to 5.0,and the dosage of micron-scaled ferrous powder is 0.1 to 0.5 g/L,both pre-magnetization and re-magnetization can accelerate zero valent iron to remove the heavy metal ions from the wastewater in Xigui Workshop. When initial p H is 4.0,and the dosage of micron-scaled ferrous powder is 1.0 g/L,the wastewater containing highly concentrated arsenic has been treated. It is found that the re-magnetization still has strong accelerating effect on micron iron used for the removal of total arsenic from wastewater.
