摘 要:针对苯酚质量分数为4.407 3%的酚醛废水,研究了聚氨酯软泡(SPF)对苯酚的静态、动态吸附特性及再生性能。结果表明,常温下动态吸附60 m L废水,当p H为2-4,SPF质量为3.899 0 g时,苯酚去除率为97.53%;饱和SPF在常温下可用质量分数为6%的Na OH进行再生;经过80次疲劳实验,苯酚去除率仍保持在94%以上(最大为98.76%)。Langmuir模型能更好地描述SPF对苯酚的吸附行为。Aiming at the phenolic aidehyde wastewater whose phenol mass fraction is 4.407 3%,the static and dynamic adsorption capacity and regeneration capacity of soft polymethane foam(SPF) for phenol have been studied.The results show that under room temperature,dynamic adsorption for 60 m L of wastewater,when p H is in the range of2 to 4,and SPF mass is 3.899 0 g,the phenol removing rate is 97.53%. Saturated SPF can be regenerated with Na OH whose mass fraction is 6%,under room temperature. After 80 times of fatigue tests,the phenol removing rate is still over 94%(the maximum is 98.76%). Langmuir model can describe the SPF adsorption behavior for phenol better.
