新型数据采集系统在现场流行病学调查中的应用

摘　　要：目的:大规模人群横断面研究中,为了解决纸质问卷调查中存在的错误率较高、费时成本高等问题,本次研究采用新型的便携式数据采集系统(基于手机/平板电脑安卓智能平台)进行人群数据采集。方法:根据现场调查中的要求开发一套基于安卓智能平台的电子数据采集系统。在人群横断面调查研究中分别使用纸质问卷工具和电子数据采集系统,采用准确率、错误率、完整率、人日比、经济花费等指标,来评估电子数据采集系统的可行性。结果:利用传统纸质问卷调查平均一个人所用的时间是940s(SD=75s),采用电子数据采集系统调查平均一个人所用的时间为892s(SD=333s,P=0.009)。纸质数据采集调查表中出现1个及以上空白的有效问卷占总调查表的14.5%,明显高于电子数据采集系统调查(6.9%,P<0.01)。结论:基于安卓智能平台的电子数据采集系统在人群大规模流行病学调查中要优于传统纸质问卷调查。Objective：Large cross-sectional surveys are common for measuring chronic disease.Standard paper-based data collection was used for cross-sectional survey to collect the data of subjects,but higher error rate,time-consuming and high cost always happened in its.So,we used novel paperless technology（android-based smart devices） to collect data electronically to overcome the questions.Methods：We conducted a needs assessment to design an Android-based electronic data collection system and evaluated the system by reporting results of a pilot and from comparisons of two surveys;one with traditional paper questionnaires and the other with tablet computer,including accuracy,person-time days,error rate and costs incurred.Results：Pilot data collections took 940s（SD=75s） and 892s（SD=333s） per person to complete surveys using paper and tablet,respectively（P=0.009）.Electronically data collection saved time by giving results immediately,obviating the need for double data entry and cross-correcting.Electronically data collection showed lower error rate and higher accurate rate than paper-based surveys（p0.01）.Conclusions：Electronically data collection system using an Android-based technology was fitted for cross-sectional health surveys among population,saving time,gave more accurate data,and was preferred by recorders over standard paper-based questionnaires.
