摘　　要：随着医院与社区信息系统共享的发展,如何实现医院与社区之间医保系统的对接便成为一个亟待解决的突出问题。结合医院与社区联网和信息共享系统建设的实践,首先分析了医院与社区的医保系统现状,其次详细介绍了医院与社区联网医保系统对接的实现,包括关键技术、网络架构和系统部署,最后对系统进行了总结。该系统投入使用后,将为社区居民的就诊提供极大的便利,也为医院与社区联网探索了新的技术模式。With the development of the sharing system between the hospital and the community,how to realize the connection of medical insurance system between the hospital and the community has become an urgent problem.The paper combined with the networking between the hospital and the community and the construction practice of the information sharing system and firstly analyzed the present status of the medical insurance system in the hospital and the community.Then the paper detailed the implementation of the connection of the medical insurance system between the hospital and the community with networking,including the important technology,network architecture and the system deployment.Finally the paper summarized the system.When the system is put into use,it will provide great convenience to for the resident of the community and also explore a new technology mode between the hospital and the community with networking.
